Reason For God Guest Sundays

Why does God allow suffering in the world?

How could a loving God send people to hell?

How can one religion be “right” and the others “wrong”?

These are just a few of the questions and doubts that people are raising today.  Our “Reason for God” Guests Sundays are designed to wrestle with these issues and provide helpful answers to those asking the questions – whether you be a Christian believer, an atheist, an agnostic or a skeptic.

Guest Sundays are held regularly and everyone is welcome.  There will be a short time of contemporary worship, and a talk exploring that morning’s relevant issue.

Our creche and Generations Sunday School are available for the younger ones.

There’s also complimentary coffee and donuts provided after the service and we warmly invite you to stick around and meet Grace Church.

Join us on Sunday 15th November 2009 at 10:30am for our next “Reason for God” Guest Sunday.

Our guest preacher for this Sunday will be our friend Mike Cain (Pictured left).  Mike came to Christ through the witness of a school friend.  He has served churches in Wimbledon, London and Leipzig, Germany.  He now leads,  Emmanuel Church, a newly planted church meeting in Bristol.  He is the author of “Real Life Jesus“.

Mike is married to Clare, has two young children and is an enthusiastic fisherman, tennis player and theatre-goer.

Topic: Why does religion make people so judgmental?
